With more than 25 years in education and a decade serving as a public school superintendent, Dr. Hutchings brings firsthand understanding of the decisions, relationships, and responsibilities that shape effective leadership.
His work spans executive coaching, strategic planning, leadership transitions, and board governance. At Howard University, he also helps prepare the next generation of educational leaders as an assistant professor and ELPS Ed.D. Program Coordinator.
