As the Director of Education Innovation and Improvement at the DC Special Education Cooperative, she leads a team of program quality specialists dedicated to supporting schools in achieving transformative educational outcomes.

Micah is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach and Diversity Equity and Inclusion Consultant. His approach stems from his beliefs that we should be met where we are on our journey without shame or judgment and we achieve the most meaningful results when we are intentional about where we place our focus. He utilizes his expertise in DEI, coaching, training, L&D, and people & program management to help organizations create tailored solutions to challenges related to DEI, team dynamics, systemic breakdown, leadership development, and strategic planning.

Noah Dougherty is a lifelong educator who believes in the power of design to create meaningful learning experiences. He began this work as a teacher, designing lessons that drove student inquiry and empowerment. Noah continued that work as a curriculum writer for public school districts, charter organizations, and for-profit companies. As a consultant, he partnered with districts across the country to design strategies and projects to create more equitable learning environments. He is also the founder of Relevant Learner, a culturally relevant curriculum tool that helps teachers design more culturally responsive lessons. Noah grew up in Syracuse, NY and now lives in Washington, DC.

Phyllis Cofield Pajardo, Ed.D. has more than 40 years of experience in instructional leadership, leadership development, and operational management. Prior to retiring in June 2022, Dr. Phyll, as she is affectionately known, served five years as superintendent of schools in the City of Fairfax Schools (Virginia) serving 3000 students in four schools. She championed reflective leadership practices, capacity building for staff, and programming to provide student access and opportunity such as AVID (K-12), 1:1 technology initiatives, and advanced academics.

Dr. Terri H. Mozingo has enjoyed a successful career spanning more than 30 years in public education. Throughout her career she has been passionately and deeply committed to preparing all children for success. As a lifelong educator, she has a moral commitment that drives her to innovate, transform, and support opportunities to help children succeed. Concepts of equity, caring, excellence, teamwork, opportunity, and continuous growth have undergirded her work in education.
